Last night's dinner could not possibly have been better. Eric was a godsend. He was quiet, polite, unobtrusive and yet enjoyable company. His food preparation and presentation were insurpassable! And he cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Our experience was ten out of ten in every way. It was an uninmaginably wonderful experience and we are so grateful to you and to him for providing it to us. After spending ten days on the island and eating at what are rated as the best restaurants on Kauai, we can say unequivocably that this was by far the best meal we had. It was truly superb - the perfect way to celebrate our 35th anniversary.

Hi Karolyn,
Thank you very much for ALL that you did to help Bryce and I
plan our Kauai wedding. I truly enjoyed meeting you, Russell and your crew
in person. I will probably be cheezy in my words to you, but I mean every
bit of it. I know I only saw you a few times during our wedding, but you
guys really made the night extra special. There are three things I always
remember about a wedding... the way the couple and their guests interact,
the music/dancing and the FOOD!!!! All I can say is it was all perfect.
I guess this all began about a year ago. We were so lucky to stumble upon
your website (from the minute I saw it knew you and Russell were what we
were looking for)!! Although my more practical/sensible half said that we
had to interview you first. Immediately after talking with you, we knew we
were set on Kauai Cuisine. You were nothing but the consummate professional
and always assured us that our wedding dinner and set up would be perfect.
Not only did you assist us with our menu, but also with the event
coordination and vendors, which was a huge relief!!! EVERYONE you directed us
to was FABULOUS!!!
I cannot speak highly enough about the quality and presentation of your
food. We continue to get comments from our guests about how wonderful our
wedding dinner was. It is funny because most of our parent's friends have
been to a lot of really nice weddings and big conventions and they will NOT
stop talking about the food at our reception!!! In addition, the service and
your staff was fun, pleasant and very easy to work with!! I know I am bias,
but our wedding exceeded every expectation we had and we appreciate
everything you did to make it special!!! We sincerely had the best time ever
and you played a big part in that.
I hope someday Bryce and I will be back in Kauai and we can have you cater a
dinner on the beach for us. We wish you all the best because you deserve
it... over the past year we have seen how hard you work!!!

When I decided I was going to get married on the island of Kauai, I did many internet searches to try and find the right kind of caterer for my event. I knew that I wanted the food to be great and not just your average wedding food. The first website I came upon was Kauai Cuisine, and I immediately liked what I saw. All the pictures were so beautifully shot and the menu was exquisite. Karolyn, at Kauai Cuisine, kept on me and called me to find out what I had decided. She was very professional and also accommodating to my needs. I booked Kauai Cuisine and never looked back. I knew that I was in for a treat when I visited Kauai 6 months before my wedding and went to Kauai Pasta (Karolyn and Russell's restaurant) for dinner. They let me know that the food at Kauai Pasta was low end and nothing like the wedding cuisine. The food at their restaurant and the presentation was unbelievable. I knew if this was "low end", then my wedding food would be outstanding. The day of my wedding, people kept coming up to me remarking on the food. They were blown away. I had over 20 people tell me it was the best food they had ever had in Kauai, and the best food they had ever had at a wedding! And, my wedding guests are very well traveled. They know good food. My wedding was a very classy event, and Karolyn and Russell at Kauai Cuisine have a lot to do with that. If you are getting married in Kauai, do yourself a favor and hire Kauai Cuisine immediately!

We planned a trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary and had 13 of our closes friends come with. Karolyn was so helpful planning the menu, recommending wines to go with the food and also getting me in touch with a local wine broker. When it came time for the actual dinner, everything went off like clockwork.
Karolyn, her husband Russell and staff arrived and had everything under complete control, setting up and getting ready. The dinner started and I had 14 extremely impressed and happy people. If you've eaten in a 5 star restaurant, you will be getting the same from Kauai Cuisine. The service, quality, quantity and presentation were top notch. We've eaten and a number of 5 star restaurants across the United States and by far Kauai Cuisine is at the top. If you are looking for someone to provide a special dinner, you will have no regrets with Kauai Cuisine.
One week later I'm still getting complements on what a wonderful dinner we had and how special it was.

created an absolutely fabulous meal for my wedding.
The presentation of food was simply beautiful. I believe
all my guests were head down in their meals ready
to get every last drop. We had a wonderful combination
of Mahi Mahi and Filet Mignon that was just supurb.
from Appetizers, Salad, and Entree - it was simply
scrumptious.
You were wonderful to work with in planning the big
event. Kauai Cuisine was very flexible and responsive.
You all showed excellent customer service! The catering
in my wedding was one of the most important features.
I really wanted an excellent meal - and I certainly
received it! I highly recommend Kauai Cuisine for
any event!

Dear Karolyn & Russell,
We both had always dreamed of an island wedding across
the seas as we both are beach lovers from Southern
California. In researching the important decision
for a caterer, our coordinator referred us to four
caterers. Kauai Cuisine was one of them. Although
there was a catch…she had not yet worked with
them, but had heard of many success stories from happy
couples and coordinators. I called and spoke with
Karolyn and adored her from the first encounter. She
was prompt, professional, positive, and worked well
with our budget. Over the 7 months of working together,
we established a friendship; I loved hearing from
her. As our day approached and the appetizers, cocktails,
wine and courses were served to our tables, we were
in awe! My sister-in-law, Marcy, said, “This
filet mignon is melting in my mouth like candy!”
Most bride and groom’s don’t even get
the opportunity to taste the food at their wedding,
but Brad and I had no choice as our guests insisted!
The mahimahi was unbelievable! Their service was spectacular
and crisp. Our coordinator has now said that she will
be using them from here on out! Spectacular presentation!!
